delivery & returns​

We ship worldwide, all orders Monday to Friday from 9:00 - 5.00pm. our delivery times does not include and picking and processing lead time which is 1 - 2 working days. all items are delivered by post. unfortunately, it is not possible for you to collect your item.
we use royal mail, DPD for UK deliveries. we will post to the address given by you when you place your order.
​​*once your order is displayed as 'dispatched' please remember to allow at least 3 working days for your order to arrive.

At busier times of the year (e.g. Christmas) postal services can slow down, we ask you to wait 4 working days after your order is 'dispatched' before contacting us.
when your parcel delivery is attempted and if there is no one at your delivery address, a card will be left with details on how to organize a re-delivery or collection from your local sorting office/depot.

If the parcel is not collected or redelivery has not been arranged by the customer, the parcel will be returned to purplé marblé. if the parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we can resend the parcel out if the additional postage cost is covered by yourself.
*orders may require a signature upon delivery.

Standard 2-3 working day delivery:
picking and processing lead time is 1 - 2 working days. deliveries take 2 to 3 working days from the dispatch date and can be delivered anytime between 8am - 7pm (excludes weekends & bank holidays).
​​*please note that if you have this service it is not guaranteed express service.
orders may require a signature upon delivery.

Guaranteed next working day delivery:
order before 11am to receive your order tomorrow. orders made after 11am will be delivered the day after). deliveries are made anytime between 8am - 6pm. if you have placed order with next day delivery on Saturday it will be dispatched on Monday with delivery for Tuesday.
*please note orders on this service going to Northern Ireland and Scotland highlands, the channel islands can take up to 2 working days to arrive.

UK Saturday delivery:
order before 10am Friday to receive your order on Saturday. deliveries on Saturdays are made anytime between 8am - 6pm.

International delivery:
international orders will be shipped with guaranteed international tracked or signed delivery. ​​
*please note that customers ordering from outside the UK are responsible for paying any import duties, taxes and fees charged by the destination authority.

Wrong address:
we will not be held responsible for parcels that are delayed, lost or unable to be delivered, due to the incorrect address being given. in these circumstances no refund will be given on missing parcels until the items are returned to us.

Return and Refund:

something isn't quite right, please get in touch to arrange a replacement or refund. Sale items being returned must be received by within 7 days for an exchange or credit note. Non-sale items must be returned within 14 days for a refund or exchange. *Postage for all returned items is the buyer’s responsibility

*the customer has the right to cancel the order that hasn't been dispatched or shipped and has the right to the order amount to be refunded after deducting any costs accrued for processing the order and any purchased materials had been used especially for the order.

Note:
we try our hardest to meet all delivery times, but very occasionally there may be delays, especially during busy periods (including sale). there might also be other factors that can cause delays like postal/delivery partner delays, traffic delays, bad weather delays or if our delivery partners are unable to access the delivery address. if you have any other issues, feel free to contact our team. please note we cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen because of any specific delivery instructions left for the delivery partner.
